Upcoming MVAF Event - The Economic Storm: Ride it Through or Wait it Out?

The Magic Valley Advertising Federation is presenting their second annual MVAF Marketing Expo, a "marketing trade show and workshop targeted at business owners."

The trade show is open to the public from 11am - 2pm, and will be followed by a presentation from Jeff Olsen, Chief Creative Officer at Rare Method in Salt Lake City.

Upcoming Event - Magic Valley Advertising Federation

This is very much a last minute thing, but I just came across it... Perhaps someone from the Magic Valley Advertising Federation can give me a heads-up next time so people have a little advanced notice (hint, hint).

Anyways...

Duane "DJ" Sprague, General Manager of LHM Advertising, will be speaking to the Magic Valley Advertising Federation on Thursday, September 11th, about "the chemical differences in the brain that make women and men different, how they learn and communicate, and how best to target each with advertising."

The presentation will be held at the Twin Falls Shilo Inn. For those who would like to attend, RSVPs should be directed to Melissa Crane (or by phone to 208-308-0488).

Magic Valley Ad Fed Luncheon

The next Magic Valley Advertising Federation's monthly luncheon is scheduled for Thursday, June 12th, at the Shilo Inn in Twin Falls.

The guest speaker at this event will be Rob Spear, Athletic Director at the University of Idaho. Rob will be talking about strategic positioning utilizing PEAC Performance, and how to position an organization to meet the competitive demands in any industry.

Costs are $10 for members, $15 for member guests and $25 for non-members. As an added bonus, however, any U of I alumni who are not members of the Magic Valley Ad Fed will receive the member guest price. RSVPs are due by June 11th to Melissa Crane at 208-308-0488 or via email.
