What do you think is going to be the biggest issue facing agencies in Idaho this year?
Will it be finding and retaining clients? Growing the agency? Adapting to changes in technology?
Or will it be something entirely different? I've got my opinion, of course, but I'd like to hear yours.
Comment away.

In your opinion...

Clients seem to want Flash. Can an agency provide in-house or do they have to deal with outsourcing.
Clients talk about their (expensive) experiences with shops so when they are left high and dry, ala Blueline, they go in with cynicism (sp?), agencies need to present a truthful and harder sell of their capabilities.
Maintaining quality workforce. This town is small, and the industry is incestuous. The cream of the crop not only rises, it gets licked up by the shops able to pay for their skillsets.
Recession.
Post-launch Website Change Requests.
Clients.
If it wasn't for these damn clients, we'd all be rich.
Time, time, time. Oh and having enough time.
